OH MAN!

I took the day off from work today so I could wait for the
sperm to be delivered. Turns out, there was a mix up with the expiration number on my credit card and they couldn't send it. Luckily we still have time. The insemination is scheduled for Friday. The sperm has been over-nighted and my mom said she'd come over tomorrow to wait for it while Tina and I are at work. Tonight at 3am Tina has to give me the shot. EEEK!
Fingers crossed that the sperm arrives when scheduled. To add to the pressure...I just found out that there are no more vials available from our donor! The vial that's being shipped is the very last one!:(
Just two months ago there were 50 vials! I can't believe it. I hope it works, that's all I can say! This will be our eighth insemination between Tina and I. First we started with Tina in 2005. She was 41 years old with one ovary. We did two ICI inseminations at home and then one IUI with two vials. Then we did two 2-vial inseminations using Clomid. It was $1000 everytime we tried, so I opted to be inseminated next, because the percentages were higher for me to get pregnant at age 32. Surprisingly, it worked the first time with a 2-vial IUI insemination! Unfortunately, when we went in to hear the baby's heartbeat and we couldn't find one. It was very sad. Six months later I felt ready to try again, which was last summer. I feel like I spent the entire summer peeing on ovulation sticks! We did two more 2-vial inseminations with progesterone and they didn't take. My new doctor told me that I should try a 1-vial insemination with 50mgs of Clomid on days 5-9. She says my progesterone levels are high. I'm at 14 and she said 10 is good. I hope it works!
I am now 34 1/2 years old and I can hear that clock ticking...
