Back on Track!

WOW! We just had a VERY big scare. The IVF coordinator called all concerned after reading my email asking her if we did the right amount of del estrogen. We used the wrong needle, but turns out we did the correct amount. THANK GOD! AHHH! SO SCARY! Our coordinator thought we did the amount of 3.0 instead of 0.3 which could have resulted in a big blood clot. I put all the needles up high in the cupboard so they were out of Carly's reach and the bag of del esterogen needles were hiding...so we thought we only had the progesterone ones. I got myself so upset I literally felt like I was passing out while I was trying to explain what happened. That exact feeling happened when I watched them take like five vials of blood out of my arm before having Carly and another time when I had sun stroke when I was a kid. Anyway, alls good now. We are on track! No Blood Clots and I stopped fainting.

Today, my mom stood in for me during Carly's swim lesson because I have to wear these estrogen patches and they can't get drenched. When we got to the pool, I thought I'd sneak away and figured Carly would forget about me, but instead she wiggled her way out of my moms arms and got out of the pool to run after me. So, I put my feet in the water and reminded Carly that I had my patches on and she swam with Grandma. My mom was great with her. She had Carly really swimming. She wasn't exactly following along with the class, but it all went really well for their first lesson together. Tina's going to do her swim lesson with Carly on Sunday, which I'm thrilled about. The cool thing about not being in the pool during the lesson is being able to take lots of pictures! :)
