WHOA!!!

Carly kept saying,"WHOAAAA" when we went for our bike ride today! IT was fun! I ended up not taking it to work, because the weather report said it was going to rain. I also want to make sure I know what I'm in for. I'd like to do a few test runs. Today I went to her day care and then around. My chain actually fell off when I changed gears going up a hill. It went back on really easy luckily. The hills were tough, but doable. I'm just majorly out of shape. I'm sure if I did this everyday it 2would become a cinch.
Anyway, its a miracle, but Carly went down in her crib tonight. She's been very difficult about the crib recently, but tonight was a good night!

PS. Carly can't be fooled even by 1 oz of cow milk with 2 ounces of breast milk! She threw her bottle today at Miss A's. She went without milk all day until she saw me at 3:30.

I would love to be able to ride off some of this weight.
Hope it works out.

Sorry about the milk.

Ya for the bike...

What % milk are you trying(I'm sure you've tried them all) I ask bc my oldest couldn't have "D". It had to be 2% or less and the other 2 could only have so much of it each day or they too would get tummy aches..

Just thinking out loud here but I wonder what she would do if after a full day of refusing milk the next day when she tried the same thing(refusing) if she would change her mind and accept it knowing that she wasn't getting the other???... I ask bc I know these little stinkers(I mean angels) learn FAST and if she refuses and is offered what she wants after, then why would she EVER accept the milk...
I'm sure she would be fine, esp. if she's eating cheese, yogurt and such and drinking water too....

Just a thought, good luck:)

Hey Janet! Yeah, I'm sure its not a big deal. If she has a full tummy and falls asleep at day care that's fine. Miss A will just have to keep offering cow milk to her. I was hoping she was going to like it. I liked KJ's idea of adding a little something to it to make it sweet and then eventually dilute that so its plain milk. Sounds genius. So, we'll keep playing with it. The night feedings will be the hardest since she sleeps the majority of the night in our bed.

I do love breastfeeding. Its so sweet, but I am looking forward to being able to wear normal shirts and not having to worry if I'm going to lactate through my shirt anymore.

Oh, by the way, we've been trying organic D milk!

My sister who is all natural, homeopathic and such(whenever she can afford to) says that organic milk tastes like dirt! She said it was awful and for the price=NO WAY....

Just throwing that out there;)

I did have to do the powered chocolate (barley any not even a full spoonful) with my first.. The strawberry is actually worse than the chocolate, way more sugar and you can get the no sugar added powder quik.
