C + C best friends forever...We're SO cool! Everyone wishes they were as cool as us.

Nothing like this summer weather. Its PERFECT. My first day back with the kids today and it went really well. It all came together at the last minute and I made some classroom management changes that I feel really good about this year. This is my fourth year teaching-fifth year if you include student teaching...and every year it gets better. My sister told me she felt like she really had it down after teaching for eight years. So only three or four more years to go. Carly and I went swimming today after work which was so nice. I enjoy that so much. My kickboxing instructor called me when we were on our way to the pool. I was shocked. I have definitely been missing in action. He asked me when I want to schedule my free private training session. (NEVER?) I asked him when he was available and he said Friday. I told him when I get off work and that I could be available by 5 pm so he scheduled it for 6pm. YIKES. He's going to beat me up. Its a good thing. I've been saying how badly I need to start exercising again. I have NO excuse now that I'm not breastfeeding. I want to start jogging too. Seems like ALL our friends jog and we used to jog all the time! We even have a cool jogger stroller. I know we would feel GREEEEEEEAT if we started. We should go first thing in the morning. Really early. Carly would love it. We'll just get her to bed early and we'll all get up at the crack of dawn. Sounds fun! OR, I go alone and take my DOG who NEVER gets exercise..poor handsome man... It all sounds great! I have been SOOOOO tired lately and it all stems from lack of exercise. My serotonin levels aren't right. I am so sensitive and exercise helps tremendously. I must do it for Tina and Carly. They need me to be happy, consistent and energized.

Hope you don't have to wait 8 years to really feel in the groove at work.

Glad Carly is back on track with daycare and the sand box :)
