Hello Clomid!

Tonight I start taking 100mg of Clomid. Will be fun to see if it makes me drop more than one egg. I took it in 2008 and dropped two eggs and I think I only took 50mg. I can't remember taking two pills. Anyway, love my doctor. She goes for it... She's not afraid of twins. She just wants to get hers pregnant.
School starts tomorrow. Carly and I had such a busy day. We had to get supplies..new lunch boxes, pull ups, a few new outfits, food...and we took Spencer to the vet AGAIN...He's been such a mess and SO expensive. He's on his third round of antibiotics for his skin. His low thyroid might be what's causing the skin issue, so he's been taking half a pill in the morning and half a pill at night for that. He just took a round of yeast medicine and he's on an antihistamine twice a day for itching. I also have to bathe him once a week with this shampoo and use a comb to get the loose hair off. Its pretty gross. He also just finished eye drops for an eye infection. Talk about a mess! Its like he fell apart over night. We were actually giving him this steroid for his itching and it got recalled so we stopped giving it to him. I started to wean him off anyway because his electrolytes were elevated in his liver from it...and then all of a sudden he had sores on his back! My poor baby... He's doing so much better now though. His back is healing.

The pictures at the park are from yesterday. Carly had a blast because she got to hang out with Dom. Then we went to my sister's house and got our hair cut from my niece. Carly looks so cute with her new cut. I have to take a picture of her and post it. Her hair is super curly now and bouncy. :) We're all ready for school now!

Poor Spencer, the life of cocker spaniels... :(
I would totally think the thyroid is "most" of his problem. Do you have that checked occasionally to make sure his meds are at the correct dosage????
"usually" with proper dose meds, most skin issues resolve rather quickly... My 2 cents...

Janet, we just had the dose checked after 30 days and his dose of a half a pill in the morning and at night is the perfect amount. :) He's still itching though. I've been giving him weekly baths with this medicated shampoo. He's doing much better than he was. The antibiotics are definitely healing the sores. They are almost completely gone.
