I Challenge US!

Today we hung out with my sister and gave my sister's sister in law a bunch of Carly's stuff for her one year old daughter Shae. Made me feel so good. Shae wears 18-24months. We gave her a huge bin of clothing. They were able to use her high chair and a car seat too. So happy. Now, we have to find a home for all Carly's other baby stuff! WE have FOUR more more bins of clothing! We were given a ton of stuff from our bffs and other good friends. Its fun getting hand me downs. Can't wait to find a good home for them and free up that space in the garage.
So, I want to challenge Tina and I to start running in the mornings. We've tried this before and failed, because we all know its cold in the morning and hard to run before coffee etc, but we need this. EVERYBODY I know who runs does it first thing in the morning and THEY LOOK AND FEEL SO GOOD! We need those endorphins and we need to move our body. Its TIME. It been over a year since I exercised and I feel like an old lady because of it. Its time to create a new habit. Soon, it will be part of our routine and it will be easy. WE CAN DO THIS!!!

So, this is what I'll do. I'll pop up at 5am and run first. Then Tina will run while I take a shower. This also means we will have to start going to bed earlier. So, with that I'm going to bed. I'm majorly wiped out anyway.

PS. We tried to make Carly feel more comfortable about pooping and congratulate her for going. We explained to her that poop is old food that needs to come out of our bodies so we don't get sick. We encouraged going in the potty but also encouraged pooping in general. Carly went yesterday and today in her pants, but she's laughing it off rather than getting hysterical. I think she's getting more courageous about the whole thing.
