Running Partner?

This morning I got up and did the new morning routine, but my trusty side kick was missing in action. Where could Spencer be? I went upstairs to find him on the bed and when I approached him he growled at me. I said,"Don't you want to go for a run Spency" and he ignored me. Too early in the morning for him or maybe he was sore from our Monday and Tuesday jog. Not sure, but I ended up going by myself. I was pretty beat. I did three laps but they were more walk laps than jog laps.
Today I also had a walking field trip which was about 3 miles of walking round trip. I would love to walk/jog or run five miles a day. That seems to be the magic number for people who are fit.
Carly was proud to tell her daycare providers that she DID it! She went poo poo in the potty! I wish she would have gone tonight.
Tina has a forty-five minute presentation to give tomorrow. She is the highlighted speaker. She's practicing for it now, but she's had little time to prepare. I stressed about my five minute speech for Transgender Day of Remembrance. I can't even imagine preparing for forty-five minutes! That's a long time! She knows her material really well though. I'm sure it will go well for her.
I'm taking a load of gsa kids ice skating Friday! It will be fun! Then, Saturday is our neighborhood progressive dinner and Sunday is another gsa event! We are going to be busy. Carly's cold didn't seem as aggressive today, although her nose was still running off her face. She doesn't seem to be coughing as much thankfully.
Would love to be able to do four laps tomorrow and do more jogging than walking. I'm EXCITED about this new challenge. Its making me feel good and strong.
Oh yeah, no news yet on Tina's pap results. I called today and they said it could be anywhere from 3 to 7 days after her pap to receive a phone call from our doctor if the pap came back abnormal. If its normal we'll just get a notice in the mail. Fingers crossed that everything is okay.
