How cute are these pictures! Carly doesn't need a seat in the tub like I thought she did. She loves wiggling around all by herself! She LOVES it. I've been taking showers with her for the past month and a half because she's had such horrible sinus problems and we forgot how AWESOME baths are..and now that she is scooting around... BATHS ARE SUPER DUPER FUN!
Tina told her sister n law that she was gay over the phone on Thanksgiving and on Christmas when Tina was talking to her brother on the phone he asked to see pictures of her kid...so we put together the Best Of batch with some pictures of us too and emailed them to her brother. They called today to say that they finally saw the pictures and Carly's really cute. She also said that she didn't tell Tina's other brothers anything about 'her story' because she thought that was something she should tell them herself. Just what Tina wants to do, come out to more brothers again...i think it would be easier if word spread. ha! But, we're making progress!!! This is BIGTIME. Tina has NEVER spoken about her sexuality to her brothers EVER and she's 46 years old. Tina's sister in law was already giving Tina parental advice.

Right when I read that Tina's brother said he would let her do it, dang...too bad he wouldn't tell the others-ran through my head :)
At work, with friends, family...I just want everyone to know. It's not wanting to see the look on their face if they don't take the news good. or even kind of bad.

I'm SO happy to hear that Tina has made some progress with her family. It IS time. They either accept it or not. And shame on THEM if they don't! You can't live your entire life hiding from your family! Tell Tina I said CONGRATS!
