The picture with Tina above holding her fish KILLS me! What a charmer! Look at that smile and those big eyes! I can only imagine her determination to catch that fish! Tina says she stayed out all day and ended up winning the bass tournament out of everyone! CUTEY PIE! She still has that same persistence today. :)
These are some of my favorite pictures of Wendy and me as a kid! (Wendy looks just like her daughter. She was only a few years older than Indi in these pictures.) Edith, my Golden Retriever was our VERY best friend. WE LOVED Wonder Woman and our Wonder Woman Under-Roos! This picture is classic, because all three of us had on our Under-Roos when we slept over at Wendy's house.
Wendy and I have known each other since we were four years old. I am so glad she was by my side during our wedding. I felt so complete. She told me not to look at her because she had tears in her eyes while Tina and I were saying our vows. Then I got tears in my eyes! The whole thing was really emotional, but not nearly as emotional as I felt when Wendy got married. I SOBBED AT HER WEDDING! I remember trying to hold my breath so that I wouldn't SOB, but they would uncontrollably pour out when I tried to breathe. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't get it together. I was 27 when she married Jason and that's when I realized it was time for me to grow up.
