OH NO!!

We just did the HCG shot subcutaneous, because that's the needle that was attached to it. We were reading the directions and the hcg medicine. The directions said to use the blue 25, 1.5 in needle for intramuscular and ours was a blue 25, 5/8in needle! I told Tina that must be right because it was with the medicine and the only blue one we had.  So we did the shot. Afterwards I started looking through my other needle bag (that sounds scary) for the progesterone and found 1.5 inch blue 25s!!! I couldn't believe it. Do you think the pharmacy messed up and grabbed the wrong needle length. Or are we just tripping out. I wonder how this will effect everything. We're tripping out. Then I called my mom's friend who is a OBGYN and she told me not to worry, that it shouldn't make that big of a difference. So, I'm hoping she's right. We've been searching the internet like crazy now. Damn it. 

I went out to eat with friends that I haven't seen since high school and rushed home a few minutes late for the shot..and so I didn't want to lolligag. We had a big giant thick black needle that was 1.5 inches, but I thought that looked too painful. And since they said use the blue needle I thought it was the right one.  I'll call tomorrow to make sure we didn't seriously just blow this whole thing.
