Jack and Spence

Here's a picture of Jack and Spencer from this morning. They are so cute together. Total buddies. Today we spent the day with the fam at my mom and Rick's house. My mom had her annual student recital and afterwards we had a little pool party and barbecue. Danny was the guest artist and played like a true genius. I borrowed one of my mom's bathing suits and floated around on a little raft in the pool, which was so nice. Tina and I didn't spend much time in the sun this summer, so I soaked it up as  much as possible. It was fun watching the kids play in the pool with my sister Heather. She was hilarious, as usual. Tina made all the hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone and did a fabulous job. Best hamburger I've had in a while. Then we came home and I took another hard nap. It's wild how I need my sleep in the afternoon these days. 

I'm eager to get my BETA results after tomorrow's blood test. I'm hoping they doubled nicely. I'm thinking they have, because I feel like I've doubled in size since the last one. My mom was cracking up at how big my belly was today. I guess it's these ovaries! I wish it were baby instead, but at four weeks babies are only the size of a poppy seed!
